I was just thinking (mostly becuase i just moved into a new rental myself) that i could offer up some help to people looking for a place to live.

I have access to listings of most the rentals in the area here, east bay, and I can basically take you out there and find you a nice place, show it off to you, and get you into it without you having to deal with either a real estate agent or landlord a lot of the time.

Just makes it easier if you ask me, my personal transaction came through awesome.

I am checking to see if i cant do most the bay area, but pm me or email me at michael@alamedamortgage.com and i can see what i can do for you. And by the way, i get paid on the back end, so this is of no cost to you.

ok maybe i should word it different for a website full of guys that jump on the gay bandwagon once they see something reletivly close to a gay term

paid on the back end means that the payment doesnt come from the customer but from the real estate office that I get the house from
