Roommates needed

Hey , so all my roommates are leaveing, and id hate to give up this place ...sooo now im trying to find new roommates .


4 bedroom house here in San Jose. quiet neighborhood(except when we start our bikes). Full privilages to the house, there is a garage for the scooters. Washer & dryer, pool table, and a big back yard. I just ask that you be very CLEAN in the common areas, and have some common sense.

450+utilities will be open in March

Did you mention that you can only live there if you ride a GSXR?
You also forgot to mention that they must be able to handle heards of mice and barking wallspiders, and that 280 has been known to molest every piece of furniture in the house

Maybe I should be worried.. I mean.. it's common knowledge that Rick likes to molest furniture.. but.. we DONT HAVE ANY FURNITURE My dining room set can take only so much.. and my cats.. OMG MY CATS!
