Anyone have contacts for wine producers? I am so a noob at this. I'd rather take out the vineyard and build a mini-track :teeth.
Why not start your own wine label?I've got a taster's palet.

herp it produces 40 tons a year. Do you have any contacts?
At the peak of the market, it made $1200/ton but with the abundance of producers last year it dropped' the rate to $200 :eek
I believe it's currently at $400 a ton. It's a tax right off at the moment but the wine maker we had a contract with went out of business.
Jafo, 6 acres isn't enough to start a label. It's more of a hobby. It came with the house (gotta love estate sales) and like I said just learning the ropes. The property it sits on is 9 acres. There's a huge driveway for stunting 50s :teeth
I'd be happy to have someone to sell the grapes to this year.

Same guy who's been doing it for years. You can say that he's the travelling care taker for the all the neighboring homes with small vineyards like mine. I'll try to get some pics up.

Wow! Good for you. I'd love to have that. Do you mind if I ask you what something like that goes for? If you don't want to post you can PM me or if you don't want to answer that's fine too.
Good luck, though.
