Hey guys-I'm not quite sure I want to do this, but here goes.
There's a room for rent in south san francisco, right off Grand Avenue, really close to the airport.
2 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 stories, with an enclosed garage shared between everybody in the complex. Also, a nice 10x10 lockable storage space in the basement.
2 parking spots for the apt complex. Right now, I am using one of the spots for my car and a bike, and another spot for another bike. I'd be willing to park on the street. Also, I have a bunch of tools that would be useful for working on bikes.
My roommate just moved out, and I was thinking of just living by myself, but the rent is a bit much.
Anyways, I'm looking to get 600 dollars for the room, utilities included. I have cable and a cable modem which I can pay for, but no phone line-I have a cell phone, and I'm guessing you probably do also.
Is anybody interested at all? Call me at 650 278 0206 if you want to see the place-it's kind of in disarray right now, but it's a BIG place /
