We need a third housemate. Currently two women (we both ride). It'd be great to have a guy as the third.
The bedroom is approximately 11 x 13 with a good size closet and lots of light. This is the upper floor unit with wall to wall hard wood. Common livingroom, bathroom and kitchen. Landlord pays water and garbage. We pick up PG&E. New housemate would be responsible for first, lasts and deposit - total $1433 - $600 first's, $600 last's, $233 deposit.
