Position Description: Project Mgr/Mech. Engr./Sls Egr.
Mininum Years Experience: 5 years
Must be able to design, estimate, sell and manage HVAC and Plumbing projects.
Essential Job Functions:
Generate Sales of HVAC Systems by building relationships with new and existing customers.
Direct negotiation of design/build projects with General Contractors, Architects, Developers and Owners.
Relationship building through work, entertainment, etc.
Take-off, estimating, and proposal writing for HVAC and Plumbing projects.
Project Management of small and large remodels.
Project Management of new building construction as large as $5 million.
Engineering knowledge of how systems work, and differences between systems.
Cooling and Heating Loads, Equipment Sizing, Duct and Piping layout and sizing and coordination of design drawings.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of HVAC systems.
Knowledge of Plumbing and Piping systems.
Knowledge of HVAC Control systems.
California Professional Engineering License is preferred, but not required.
