Hey Guys and Gals, I need to get out of my present living situation before I kill my roommate.

I don't have a place yet but before I start looking I want to know that I have someone to share it with. I would like to find 1 person to split a place with. Guy or girl, doesn't matter.
I'm looking to get something like a 3 bed 2 bath with wash/dry hook up and at least a big enough garage for multiple bikes plus storage. Looking out in the east bay. Walnut Creek, Concord area and would like to try and get something for around $1,500 a month.

Perspective roommates MUST be "clean, respectful and honest." (I quoted that from 280Squagler because it says it perfectly)

but here's a recommendation for Harpo. He's clean, doesn't smell( so bad) likes things tidy, hates pee on the toilet seat. all around good guy

down side is he has too many bikes and bike bits :p

someone give him a good home eh?

Aw too bad you're looking East Bay...

But then again, a kid, 4 pets, and the somehow eternal painting/remodeling goin on does not make for a very tidy place. Plus, no room for multiple bikes... just MINE!

Right now i'm seriously looking to buy a home either a 2/2 or a 3/2 bath out in my neck of the woods. Oakley, Antioch, Pittsburg, Brentwood. Let me know if you're interested in a room cause i'm also on the lookout for someone.

Right at Hwy 4 and 80
3BR, 2 1/2 bath, two-car garage.
Split with one other person - me.
$800, u take the two BR's and 1 full bath, and I take the MBR.

So, how much stuff do you really have? :laughing
