The service department has an immediate opening for a qualified service dispatcher. In order to be considered for this position, candidates need to demonstrate the following minimum experience:



· 2 or more years of hands-on customer service experience in a fast paced environment

· Previous employment in the construction and/or facility industry

· Purchasing experience requiring financial decisions preferred

· Experienced in coordinating or dispatching for technicians or drivers

· Previous project detail coordination or administration

· Experience at multi-tasking in sometimes ambiguous circumstances



Also, the candidate should:



· Display positive demeanor with internal and external customers

· Be willing to accept work schedule that may change from time to time

· Excellent computer skills and clearly legible handwriting

· Excellent command of the English language

· Ability to speak on the phone clearly and intelligibly

· Possess an authoritative and firm manner
