Single room in quiet 1500 sq ft townhouse located off of James Donlon and Contra Loma.
You will get your own room, own full bathroom with tub, free basic cable, and free high-speed internet access. You will get full use of the washer and dryer as well as the kitchen. You should be drug free, tabacco ok outside.
You will be sharing with a 31 yr old professional male.
The rent is 500 plus 1/2 of utilities.....water, pg&e.
