I am looking for a new roommate, as my last one headed out of state and I am left in a 3bd/2ba house with way too much rent for one person. The landlord prefers only 2 people in there, but at 900 it is still a smoking deal for the size/features of the place:
male or female OK, as long as you are reliably employed and not a mess. Riders or MT bikers would love this place. And it is close to city college/valley fair/pink poodle/ other nonsense.
you will have to spilt the utililtes and help out with the yardwork/keeping up the place. there is no gardner.
house is single residence 3bd/2ba
own bedroom/bathroom just remodeled.
2 living rooms (one had a pool table that I just sold, I am open to getting another table if I can find a roommate in time)
2 fireplaces
directv with full access. (thanks Mikobu III)
nice deck/yard
orange tree and lemon tree. nice landscaping
2 car garage (no cars go in there, but room for more bikes!) I have a buell in there now. Very secure. I have a full workshop and can help out with any work you want done)

the place is big and has character, located in the Burbank area near SJCity College. On a quiet street , so no ripping it in the neighbor hood, but close to all fwys. I am 25, an engineer, no smoking in the house, 420 OK, my girl stays over quite a bit. Thats the details, call me with Q's,
