Wanted - Clean, Respectful, Honest, No Drugs or Indoor Smoking roommate,(male or female) to make a TOTAL of 2 PEOPLE to share a beautiful 3 bed/2.5 bath town house in Lafayette. Bart is an easy walk. This town house is clean and in a very quiet location on a private st. (no through traffic) The down stairs living area is beautiful marble tile, plush carpet in-lay (carpet is almost new) and has a fire place. Central air/heat, private washer and dryer on premises and easy access to swimming pool.
YOU will have one large bedroom and WE will share all living areas and the guest bedroom. (you will probably be able to set up a desk in the guest room and use it for a work space) YOU will also (pretty much) have your own full bathroom. There is also a 1 car garage that can be used for storage ONLY. I have motorcycles in there and if you have 1 (or more) you are welcome to use the space for parking it (them) as well as storage.
Your rent will be $750 and we will split all other utilities 2 ways. Water and garbage are included in the rent. (we don’t pay extra for them) The house is all already wired for DSL and cable.
