Hey folks!
Sheesh, it's been WAY too long since I've last posted. Wow!!
Anyway - I'm moving to the east bay on June 1, and am looking for a one-bdrm or two-bdrm place anywhere in Berkeley (esp. in Elmwood) or in North Oakland (esp. near Alcatraz/College/Ashby BART/Berkeley Bowl area). Preferably with covered moto parking.
I'm a non-smoker but I have two indoor cats. I was just accepted into Boalt Hall at Berkeley, and so I need someplace quiet (read: if there's a drummer next door, fahgeddaboudit). Not deathly quiet, but quiet enough that I can study.
I would love to have access to a little yard, even. Doesn't that sound nice?
