I'm gonna put this up here now, just to see how it goes.
I posted a room for rent a couple months ago, and one of the roomies has to go, so i need to find a replacement. (why can't people pay their rent!) The room is available July 1st (maybe sooner) and is in San Francisco, near Silver/San Bruno. It's a month-to-month sublease. The landlord is really cool and the rent is $633.33 plus bills which makes the total about $650-$750 depending if you share the phone, dsl or cable and which bills are due that month (we pay pge, water and garbage which is every 2-3 months it seems.)
House: 3 bedroom/two-story with a garage, deck (with bbq!) and backyard. Washer/dryer, central heat, livingroom, diningroom, one full bath. We keep the house very clean and have a little trash day/cleaning schedule. The house is very 'homey' and bright, but not decorated at all. If you have furniture, there is plenty of room.
Looking for: 1 person (guy or gal), clean, quiet, can pay bills on time. Ya gotta be friendly, clean and easy to communicate with, and like animals.
Us: 1 girlie, 1 dude- I'm 29, work full-time days, home in the evenings and have 2 cats. Mike is 27, also works full-time days, home in the evenings and has no pets. We are both easy to talk to and pretty quiet. We usually bbq on Sundays. We are not a couple.
Other small pets welcome.
Parking: street parking for cages, spot for a bike or 2 in the garage.
