Male or Female, April 30th is move in date. You will have your own bathroom. If you need office space I’m willing to rent partial the 3rd bedroom which will also be office space for me. Laundry, kitchen, living room, washer, dryer and yard will all be shared, my food is not. No kids, slobs, knuckleheads, thiefs, drugs, or smoking allowed. You must have good hygiene and clean up after yourself. About the house: It is located on a decent street in Baypoint. The house is 1300sq. feet 3 bed 2 full bath EXTREMELY clean inside and out and the vegetation has been meticulously maintained by the original owners. It is very close to the Willow Pass Rd. freeway entrance so if you’re tired of the traffic and commute from Brentwood, Antioch, or Oakley then this is a great opportunity for you.
