it has a big back yard for the dogs

it has a laundry room (I am leaving the washer/dryer)
it may have a fridge

it has new <1year carpet and floors
I was going to rent the house, but changed my mind. I have already bought some stuff, so.

it will have new blinds, already bought
it will have new door hardware, already bought
