Time to bail out on the traffic congested, high priced Bay Area? I'm buying a nice house (with mandatory 2 car garage, well set up) in the San Diego/San Marcos or Temecula area (making bids May 21st). Near lots of fun- highways 78, 79, 395, Mt. Palomar, cycle magzine test heaven! Plus famous SD beaches, chicks, big time off road area, etc.
I'm looking for a very clean, property respecting, no smoking, no drugs, minimal drinking roomie who is stable and not too weird (that's my job). I don't do anything of moral or social turpitude, except for speeding a lot ( and I mean a lot)! And I listen to heavy classic rock a lot. That's it. I'm 45, single male, cycle magazine writer and Special Ed teacher, former AFM/AMA racer, street bike rider, etc. Got two nice doggies and even a few cool snakes in cages.
Rent will be in the $500 plus 1/2 utilities range. Full access to whole house and garage. I give you support and/or privacy as you need.
Really nice area (think "Leave It To Beaver" community).
Males preferred (cuz women are a pain to live with) but will accept a gal if need be.
