The apartment is awesome. one of the nicest places i've had the pleasure on living in. so my roommate is moving out in july down to LA with her aspiring movie director boyfriend and now i need to find a roommate. For now all we will do is sublease the remainder of the lease which is until december. after that if the person i choose works out we can renew it. the place is on market and julian and the name of it is Villa Torino. Washer and dryer in the apartment. large bedrooms and lots of closet space. you would get your own bathroom and a walk-in closet in your room. This place has a great pool and great workout facilites. you really have to see this place to really appreciate it. it has everything you could possibly want. if you pm me your email i can try and take pictures for you. about me....i am a 23 year old college grad working in the IT field. i ride a 2004 r6 and drive a M3 so you can see i like speed ;) oh and if you like to workout i wouldn't mind a workout partner cause i love to workout. i am just looking for a respectful, clean, quiet, dependable (when it comes time for bills), roommate. hope i find a winner!
