I got this at the fry's special last friday, so before i return it, i wanted to offer ya'll a chance at it....
it's basically a
Pentium 4 3.2GHz Prescott Core, but a newer D0 stepping (power fixes, for slightly better cooling)...
it also includes a ECS P4P Motherboard that is just pure junk (sell it, use it as a door stop, whatever...just dont use it yourself). I presently am using this with an Asus P4P800-E motherboard, and it works like a champ! But i only bought it as an experiment to see what how an old wintel platform is compared to mine....
so u pay what i bought, and basically u get an extended sales special lol....if not, no biggie, fry's gets it back......fyi, this baby retails for $200+ for the CPU by itself....
