Independence HS San Jose, All-Class Reunion - 10/20/2018

Any alumni, or former students, of Independence High School in San Jose on the BARF? I am - Class of '82.

I just want to spread the word of this upcoming event. This year, the school will be attempting to break the Guinness World Record for largest gathering of alums and former students....currently held by school in India. The goal is 4500, and right now, stands at 1900+.

Still quite a way to go before Guinness World Records will come out to verify. There is still time....

Now, I am not a reunion type of person, but it would be cool to be part of a world record.

I was in the “zone” to be a 76er, but decided I didn’t want to be in a giant super duper sized student body of 5k+ students.

But yeah, if your reunion is open to all years, that’s probably the best school around to get a massive turnout just from the sheer amount of people in each class every year.
