Smoked Easter Meatwad....

Well you take....

1. 7.7 lb Ham.

2. 1.5 lbs. of Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage

3. 4 lbs. Apple Smoked Bacon


Debone said ham, stuff with sausage, wrap in bacon, slow roast/smoke over applewood and mesquite charcoal in a Kamado.....

Well it's been spun and annointed with Bourbon(a special family cask type not available to the public)...

Note the Ham Bone (which was removed to make way for the sausage)... smoked and ready for use in Greensn'Beans...


All the lil' details...
