Idaho was just as quick to register each of my cars and a motorcycle at the regular DMV office. And no real line for a driver's license (which is done at the sheriff's office).

And we have genuine twisty roads nearby - forget that straight and flat stuff.

I just bought a bike from Illinois. Went to Los Gatos DMV, filled out two forms. Guy came out and looked for VIN, engine#, and emissions-sticker under seat. He filled out 3rd form. We went back inside, I paid fees and got new plates and stickers! All within 45-minutes. Probably would've been 30 if I made an appointment.
