***Formula 60 for 2017 ?***

Hi Geezers,
I thought I'd test the waters to see if we have enough 60 year old racers to warrant our own class for 2017. Let me know what you think and I'll try to bend Berto's arm for an F-60 race grid.

Thanks,
Cheers, Bud Anderson AFM #37

I love this and support it. In fact, I'll go for F70 as well.

Thanks for your reply Ernie. I'd support F-70 too. Do we have enough guys to make a grid for that one ?

I think we'll have to settle for sixty unless we can talk Reggie Pridmore into coming back into the AFM, . I do know some fast sixty year olds.

I'd love to do this once I'm back to health. I donno if afm would allow former heart attack victims/riders to race> ?

Thanks for the replies guys. I think if we can get 10 racers we may be able to ask the AFM board for a race grid of our own. How about Nick Hayman from Monroe Motors ? I think he is the same age as me. I turned 61 last July. Spread the word guys.
Dave, I'm sure you would at least need a release from your cardiologist before AFM would consider you for racing again. It would be great to get you out there though.
