It's finally time to sell my VFR400 NC30. It's a 1990 model with the adjustable stock front forks. Never been dropped or lowsided on the street or track, but it has been a trackbike for the past 3 years that I've had it. Here's a list of what's been modified:
Stainless front and rear brake lines
HRC/2 Brothers Full exhaust with FMF can
Carbs jetted to match the full exhuast
Stock air filter modified so you can clean (element replaced with UNI foam, see link )
Full Japanese branded (forgot what brand) fiberglass racing bodywork (not quite up to spec with sharkskinz, but close)
17" rear RVF400/MC28 rear wheel
Michelin slicks mounted to exisiting wheels (will need to be replaced) or can include a different set of wheels with pilot powers with one rain soaked trackday and one dry trackday.
Tyga rearsets
Tyga lightweight upper fairing mount
Pitbull single sided swing arm stand
Afershocks reworked front forks (setup for a 160lb rider)
Fox Twin clicker rear shock
Most bolts drilled for saftey wiring (I never raced it but got the bike ready in case I wanted to)
I've taken this out twice this year for trackdays, but have recently picked up a 04 GSXR to take it's place. I've had fun on this thing and learned a lot, but it's time to move on (and clean out some garage space).
Asking $3000
Will trade for a 70's CB (anything 350cc and up) and cash.
