848 wreck on Pescadero Rd at 1:30 todday.

Im in alaska and my brother in law went down pretty bad on a group ride today. anyone knwo the details?????

I was behind him when he went off and was at the accident scene with him until EMT arrived. He was coherent and stable while waiting for the EMT to arrive. He was in obvious pain. PM me for more details. I don't want to get into any more detail in a public forum.

Nope, the red one...He was the one wearing Octane track pants and a textile jacket..He's in surgery now..Wish him well

Oh yeah, the other rider was on a 848 with an italian flag Aria Rx7 lid..

Even "badass" riders wreck. Steve in his day was probably faster than 90% of the people here. Adreniline, Testosterone and Horsepower are hard to control, be safe out there everyone.

We don't get trophys for who gets to the gas station first.

Yeah, i know that he used to race WSMC( i think), and can't fathom how such a good rider,(seen him ride B4)like Steve, crash in that section of Pesc..It is a deceiving decreasing radius corner that in notorious for crashes, though.
