Ok so as far as record its pretty messed up, ill try to make it short, im on DMV probation for 1 year since Dec7 09.any moving violations or court cases regardless to points i will be suspend for 1 year.

So this morning going from Sunnyvale to Saratoga (west valley college) i came over on Saratoga made a left on Fruitvale got in the parking lot, complete stop on all Stop signs until when i parked in the motorcycle parking area, and got off the motorcycle, took my helmet off, he came up to me and asked "license&Reg" and i asked him "what did i do wrong, may i know?" he said you were going 54 in a 40mph zone before making your left into Fruitvale.

im so effed! if i let go of this ill be suspended for 1 year, i rather DIE im serious death would be Hawaii all payed 5 start vacation compare to me getting suspended for 1 year...

any idea? any help? that would be VERY WELL APPRECIATED!!!!

Contest it in traffic court. Maybe you'll get lucky and the officer will FTA. It happens more often than you think.
 
i dont wanna start a flame war in here. but if you know how little room for error you have, and how much getting a ticket would impact you, why were you speeding?
 
what vehicle code were you cited for and does it indicate radar/lidar was used?

it says speed APPX 54mph:radar:im not sure if its a 400 or a NO i see an O and the rest is not clear...he has a clean hand writing.

It seems like you knew what was going to happen, you were given a second chance to change your driving habits, and you blew it.
 
Who do you think would want to help you when you cry that you'd rather die (forever, might I add) than lose your license for 12 months? It's a privilege to be able to drive (or ride). But it's not the end of the world. If you want non-childish help, give a non-childish version of events.

Contact an attorney, state your case, let them work their magic. They are pretty good with plea bargains. At worse you'll lose your license for a year. Take that year to reflect on why you're there instead of the probation that you are currently on.

To OP, as the saying goes... Anyway if you do want to fight it, you can try written declarations, there are some templates and how to guides on the internets that talk about what to mention.

i talked to my dad about it and were cool, after all i work for him...
