Were You or someone you know the victim of Motorcycle Theft.

Last week we recovered an unknown year Suzuki GSX-R either 600 or 750cc Sportbike.

Close inspection revealed all factory applied identification numbers had been removed.

We suspect based on the turn signals, pipe location and possible paint options the bike is either a 2006, or a 2007.

If the bike appears similar to one you or a friend lost due to theft please contact me.

If you call, please have your original Police Report Number, a list of all aftermarket parts/ accesories that the motorcycle was equipped with, and any registration or title paperwork.

Uhh not sure but it could be GSXR babe's Looks like the same exhaust and painted fairings...

EDIT: Actually the more I look at it really looks like her bike, the white part of the fairings painted black, same exhaust, same frame sliders, added the red wheel trim...

seems like a small point, but the license plate is at different angle and i don't see a theives reasoning to change that so it might not be hers.

i'm hoping insurance already paid out on it by now... well good for them that they recovered it, whoever it belonged to

it would be nice if the bike came with the severed hand of the thief who stole it. one can dream tho.

Perhaps to offer plausible deniability if/when confronted by the original owner?

For comparison...

The fairings and tail aren't even close to matching with all that black.

Rim tape is different, but slider cut is the same. Looks like if it was hers, the right case cover's been customized a bit. If she's been paid out, I'd let sleeping dogs lie...

Modified or dropped? Only good thing out of finding her bike is maybe getting back some of her aftermarket parts... *shrug*

Fixed for accuracy

wow thats crazy if she gets it back with little to no damage done... Did anyone PM her yet?

definitely looks like gixxerbabe's gsxr. its sure not mine since it has plenty aftermarket parts and originally silver/white. the Det. did mention it had HID headlights.

It's close enough to follow up. Hope it is her bike, and I hope the thief was clotheslined but the bike landed in a foam pit.
