New valves and springs. Does have preload adjustments so I think they're 91' or 92's? I don't know what they're worth.

Also, that top cap is on all 91-93 models ;)

those fork lowers though? F2-F4 had those plastics 'fork guard'?

*update - I did some homework on the lowers. It seems they also started doing that with the '94 and newer fork lowers on the VFR's*

:) is that just the lowers that have been changed or ? set them up to your bike and check the length

there is a difference *can't remmeber right off hand how much* but there is in length.
