Damn, that sucks. Should be an easy bike to spot at least... does it use a key?
 
Did he buy this bike recently? Or was this the one listed on CL down on the peninsula somewhere?

I'll keep my eyes peeled, don't see too many KLX650's on the road, and less in sumo set up.
