We will meet at Snellbux at 8:45. Then we will do a quick chat and KSU at 9. Your late catch us there.

Want a coffee and to chat? ....get there earlier.

I will add address and stuff shortly. If someone would link a map I would appreciate it because I suck.

Please remember this is a memorial and respect is #1.

:ride for Glenn

Bud,
We'll be riding down from the far East Bay, should arrive right around 9 to roll with you to the memorial. Meandad and a few others would be with me.

I'll be there.

Missed the memorial last night at Heart & Dagger so I plan on making this. Will meet up at Snellbux.

Bump for others that may want to join.

I'll meet you guys in Morgan Hill. DR is non-opted, and couldn't get to it this week. BMW is in dry dock.

See you down there Greg.

Looks like I'll be riding out, see you at Snellbux in the AM.

Right on man. See you in the AM.

Bud

Good on you all for coming out. You can tell the family and his friends truly appreciated it.

Good seeing everyone come out for this. We had a nice chat with Glenn's parents right before we left. They were glad we were there and appreciated us coming out.

That; nice folks. Grandma too, and her sis.
We lost a good guy. We would have enjoyed his company, as he would have ours.
Sniff.

Posted this on fb but wanted to share here as well:
It was a really nice turn out of riders for the funeral of Glenn, who passed last week on the way to Hawthorne. His family was so gracious and thankful we came to represent what Glenn had hoped would become his community. His parents said Glenn watched barf for 3-4 months before taking the step to go to an event. Even as a toddler Glenn suffered from fear of rejection, taking a couple hours to gather the courage to join the other kids in the sand box, only to find once he was ready the other kids were packing up. His mom said joining barf was the first time Glenn ever took the initiative to join a group on his own and she takes comfort in the fact that his self confidence was high enough for him to take that momentous step. His parents could be angry at motorcycles or blame the forum for Glenn's passing but they are the exact opposite, warm and sincere. The words spoke about Glenn today make me regret I never got to know him because he sounds just like my type of snarky. Glenn was only 24 and will never get the chance to live the long life he should have had. I guess what I'm trying to say is, make sure the people you love know how much you love them. That your friends know how much they mean to you. And when you see a new face at a group gathering reach out of your comfort zone and make an effort to welcome them into the fold. That is what I am going to do at future meets and rallies to honor his memory. RIP Glenn :rose
