It's been a crazy month of early mornings, late nights, emails, phone calls and more than anything else - seemingly endless hard (but fun) work. I'm very pleased to share with you the result of that effort...
BARFracing
BARFracing will play host to an amazing concentration of information in what I believe is a very easy and friendly site to browse. BARFracing has everything (I hope) that you can ask for...
Breaking News through subscription channels and original content from contributing journalists, Up-to-date Standings compiled in real-time and readily available, Race Results for all covered series with accompanying articles, a dynamic Event Calendar with a past/present/future summary, original Feature Articles offered up by veteran racers and trackday junkies, comprehensive Rider Profiles (when we can get the information, that is), Track Information with turn-by-turn walkthroughs and video laps (on the way), and much much more!
The BARFracing team will be covering the AFM season with race reports, interviews, photos, and even video coverage of the events. We are working with the AMA and Infineon to offer the best possible coverage of the Kawasaki Superbike Challenge in May, and if that works out we should have equally exciting coverage of the SBK and AMA event at Laguna Seca in July. Unfortunately, we will have to rely entirely on second-hand channels for MotoGP coverage.
I am hoping that those of you who read 6 or 7 different sites to get all your racing information are able to find everything you need at this one stop... if not, I'd like to know what to add.
In response to recent feedback here at BARF I have put forth an extra effort to keep the interface as clean as possible, while at the same time, linking to everything possible so that you can get just about anywhere on the site quickly, and logically, in 2 or 3 clicks.
Additionally, BARF/BARFracing has joined the list of sponsors for MikeyJudkins in his 2004 AFM efforts. GO GO GO MIKEY!!
I hope you enjoy the site. I know I've enjoyed working on it and the team of volunteers helping with the site has been an incredible asset and treat to have on board. Thank you to all of them (Budman, Baptistro, MrCrash907, GaryJ, 97rr, AmbitiousOne) and to all of you who have already submitted profile information, links to articles, and all the other things that have helped to develop, test, and launch this project.

BTW, if you are interested in helping out with BARFracing please let me know. There is plenty of room for journalists, stats keepers, track experts, biographers, etc.
