I was up at Alice's yesterday..takin my daily ride in the mountains. While i was sittin in front of the general store, enjoying my ROCKSTAR, (I think I'm addicted to them).
I first noticed the infamous red dog, then i looked over and saw Mr. Chainsaw walkin from the porta potties towards the front of the store. He sat down next to me and sorta sneared. He must have been sober cause other than snearing, he sat there and minded his own buisness.
I wanted to ask him why he was such a crazy drunkin tool but i didn't want to start shit,especially since he wasn't startin shit with me..my dad said it's best to let sleepin dogs lie or somthin like that. Deep down tho i really wanted to bitch slap him..but I'm just a hooligan biker not a bully..
I began talkin to the store clerk about my friend, and learned that the asswipe had his charges dropped..how the fuck is that possible,I guess it's ok to pull a chainsaw out, start it up and chase people around with it..as long as their hooligan bikers..I'll bet if it was a soccer mom they would have thrown the book at him..
He only did 20 days and then i guess the charges were dropped..NOW THATS JUSTICE FOR YA..
It's only a matter of time before someone else sets him off..so beware the CHAINSAW DUDE is back..:wow
 
Anybody got a (cell phone?) picture of this guy so we know who to avoid?
 
The victim did press charges & he was senteced to do 20 days with 3 year joint suspension if I'm correct. The "chainsaw dude" is probably 6' to 6'3" & a good 240 lbs. He drive a 70 something brown Chevy pick up with a brown campershell.
 
This won't be the end of the story. The motherfucker is nuts. Someone is gonna piss him off and he'll over-react again. I hope ho one gets hurt.
 
I saw him too. I was at Alices, actually across the street at the store, and I saw that p/u truck and wondered; "Could that be the nut?"

So, I guess that was my brush with 'fame'. Kinda like running into Brad Pitt at Laguna.

01 929RR is right. The charges were not dropped, but they were reduced due to a plea bargan with the DA. there was a thread about it. Want to say was reduced from Assault with a deadly weapon to Agrovated assault. Basically the guy got probation instead of jail time.

How the can this kind of thing happen? What the fuck is the DA thinking when he drops charges and reduce penalties???????? The fucking guy is crazy! It's fucking outrageous!

This fucking guy is obviously not the smartest peanut in the turd. He is a major danger to the community. He has brandished a rather evil kind of weapon in front of a crowd. If he decided to act on his rage and start to carve people, there isn't much one can do against a running chainsaw. Especially if the sick fuck knows how to use it. This fucking guy is going to kill someone someday. He sounds like a Bay Area Unibomber type.

If some of the "boys" decided to give chainsaw dude a major beatdown, would the DA drop the resulting charges as well?
 
Deep down, don't you think he just wants a hug? Really, that's what this is all about, he just needs a hug...............
 
When I lived in Big Sur there were a baker's dozen of guys like that.

One shot his wife and walked "she pulled the gun on me and I wrestled with her", one burned down a couple houses, one was a serial rapist, a couple major dealers, etc.

When you are a long way from the cops and in the country, this happens. Next time, if there is one, he'll do some time. Hope I'm not next time.

afm199: Very true about Big Sur... we always called them the Big Sur Trolls, that's why you could never leave anything out whether it was a campsite, a car, because the trolls would steal it.

Alan: It's not a crime to be crazy. Chances are penalties will increase as he escalates his anti-social behavior... unfortunately, someone will most likely have to get hurt.

Halfwing: As long as the next "hug" includes the careful application of a restraining device, anything from a strait jacket to a Chinese finger puzzle (whatever they're called), that's a good idea. Maybe we could all go up there some day and give him a severe "group hug"!

From my understanding it's not even close to being the first time this turd has gotten in trouble for his violent antics and behavior,apparently he has been arrested several times for fighting and other bullshit.

what does it take,does he actually have to kill someone or mame them before they lock this crazy fuck up.i still stick to my original premise that he walked because he threatened some Hooligan Bikers instead of a soccer mom.

this guy got a slap on the wrist for assault with a deadly weapon and he's prob laughing all the way to his trailer in da woods. I feel sorry for his poor dog..imagine the beatin that poor dog gets when he throws up in his truck..

the chainsaw dude prob should have gotten hugs when he was a kid..to late for that now..Bubba needs to bend him over in the shower, thats the kind of therapy he needs.
