Anyone know what is the stock gearing on a 2001 f4i. Specifically, how many teeth on the front sprocket and rear sprocket.

I would like to go up one tooth on the rear sprocket.

I would appreciate any input.

16 front, 46 rear. One tooth on the rear is not going to make much of a differance at all. I wouldn't waste my money just going up one on the rear.

Yo mang, I just recently went -1 in the Front and +1 in the Rear.

What exactly are you looking for?

I was looking to get a little more drive while exiting turns, and going -1 +1 seems to work pretty well, w/o sacrificing too much of your top end.

staRang,

I am look for a lil more torque for wheelies. I know I will lose out on top speed. But I shouldn't be riding around at 150mph+ anyways.

Just go 1 down in the front to start out with. You won't loose hardly anything on the top and won't have to change your chain or anything.

-2 front, +10 rear.... :teeth I think port has a rear sprocket w/ like 256 teeth.... :laughing
