Maybe the cops could, you know, start pulling people over when they break the law? I live in Oakland and I see it every single day. It’s like a free-for-all on the streets. And it isn’t always an unruly mob. Oftentimes it’s just one guy acting like a jerk on a dirtbike. Cops need to start holding people accountable. It’s bullshit that they don’t.

Sounds like they are taking the stance that it's too dangerous. Like, they have no responsibly to protect me as an individual - their obligation is to protect society at large, unless someone might get hurt or killed because of their action. I gotta start taking notes.

I can’t imagine that people intended for their soft on crime stance to allow society to begin the descent into chaos and that what makes it so funny to me. And these guys too apparently.

As I get closer, the bike start moving traffic starts flowing. I don’t know what the stop was about. Maybe it was for stunts.

there are videos of that on facebook, it was "bay area takeover ride, the meet started in san jose, eta.. sorry to say this about bikers, but seemed like a bunch of young trash..

I believe it's the entire state of California not just San Francisco. I don't think it's because of the local politicians being sympathetic but they were sued into submission, it was Supreme Court ruling on NYSRPA v. Bruen.

I'm not sure how many if any have actually been issued a permit to carry in SF yet. My understanding that in CA you can apply, but it doesn't mean they will get to your application in a timely fashion.

Bay Area law enforcement says stopping dirt bike packs is a 'liability'

I can understand their stance, it'd be a no-win situation to try to do something about these pricks.

Probably best policy would be to deploy drones to follow them either home or to a place where they're off their bikes, then confiscate all of the bikes. Repeat until fucktard behavior stops.
