apologies for circling back on this - but we’re all strange in our own way. have always thought of this as a place where weird works. judgement can take a back seat if we choose to let it. maybe a little mutual kindness is in order. empathy is worth it’s weight in gold. give it a shot. :2cents

Coffee with dogs. Joy is full of energy and difficult to contain. We still have no idea what happened. Best we can figure is she and her brother were playing hard on the barge block. There were clamps that stick out every 18 inches. We think she jumped out of muscle memory not taking the clamps into the trajectory.
$1500 later it is determined no tears but major sprain from hanging up her hind leg.
Poor baby.
