Hello everyone!
I just moved here and have been enjoying this paradise for riders you guys have here and have been wondering if there are any local bike shows or events like poker runs, slow races, stunt shows, and such. I have been looking online and all I see are the bike nights at cycle gear.

Here are my toys and before anyone calls me out, the bikes are real but background is AI :)

CalMoto is doing their monthly shop ride on Sunday, Oct 3. 8:30 am meeting at CalMoto 952 N Canyons Pkwy Livermore. KSU 9am. They're heading out to Rio Vista for lunch via Morgan Territory. I've been on a couple of their rides this year. They're well organized.

Dead on with this amazing riding area. Lots of good stuff.

Enjoy the community. :ride

Yes! SF moto social is a great event to hit. Riders of all stripes attend. @oaklandish also posts up a lot of rides and events. Where’s your home base?

Hello there!
I'm in Berryessa and I have heard about SF Moto social but funnily enough I can't find their socials to see when are the rides.

Welcome from Pleasanton.
If you find any bike shows let me know. I’d love to go to something like that.
Hello Pleasanton!
I will definitely let you know if I find any.
With the motorcycle community as big as it's in the bay I'm surprised they're not all over the place.

Welcome!

Hey I dunno about all the bike nights and whatnot, but we do have a great track scene here with Sonoma, Laguna, Thunderhill, etc.

Check out Z2, Carters, Fun Trackdayz, Pacific Track Time, Volant Vivere.

Welcome to BARF!!
Short notice but we have a nearby rally Oct2-4 in Lakeport. Drive up with the KTM on the hitch or hook with the hooners on the FZ

I’m just trying to figure out where those cheerleaders are. Willow Springs? Chuck Walla? Those are two places I have not ridden

@FZ_Hooligan i love your profile picture, even more if it is unadulterated :laughing
Thank you and yes, I'm proud to say that picture is 100% authentic and captured the exact moment when I figured that the R1 i just bought has a bent frame 😅.

If you want proof, and the rest of the footage where I land on my head and pull a perfect break dance head-spin as I'm sliding down the track on my head, in slow motion, you can watch it here:
.

Talk about oodles of laughs and giggles!!!

Yeah man, I have done a few track days with S2, fun track days , and Carter's, shot out to Jesse for putting some of the best track days I've been to but didn't know about Pacific or volant, I'll definitely have to check them out.

Just watching the R1 sit in the garage gathering dust and cobwebs is literally breaking my heart!

Here’s the website with links to socials: https://themotosocial.com/san-francisco

And my guess is that you’ll love Tour de Bay when it comes back around next year! https://www.instagram.com/official_tourdebay_214?stkn=ZzV4YmY3eGFjbmI2
Hello there and thank you for the SF Moto Link, I would have never found it on my own.

As far as group rides, to be honest with you, they are my least favorite motorcycle events.
I was born with this disability that the moment I get on a motorcycle, my brain shuts off the entire pre-frontal cortex which turns me into an idiot whose whole purpose of existence is to pass whoever and whatever is in front of me regardless of risks, conditions, consequences, and all those life-preserving things that prefrontal cortex is in charge of.

So, out of solidarity and concern for my fellow riders I stay away from big group rides because idiots like me tend to clump together making matters even worse.

I think that was Chuckwalla because Spring mountain track has houses all around.

I'm not a 100% sure either because a couple years ago I had a heat stroke during a session and a spectacular wipeout at Buttonwillow and ever since then my memory has been a little funny.
Whenever I remember something I'm never 100% sure if it's original footage or a heat stroke remix...
