Honestly, through reading this entire thread thus far, I couldn't really care less how classy the guy is. What do people go to Alice's for on a Sunday morning? Especially a Sunday morning when there's a large Ducati event going on down the hill? Jesus, Alice's is a world renowned motorcycle stop! Much like the Rock Store is in southern California. People go there expecting to see and hear bikes! Especially on a weekend when there's a local event going on. For someone to complain about it seems elitist to me and I'm sorry if that makes me an asshole. If you don't like hearing loud motorcycles with possibly egotistical riders, then don't go to Alice's on a damn Sunday! Simple.

But there's a difference between hearing a bike perform (the lovely sound of engine braking as the bike comes down the hill) versus some guy with too much money and not enough class standing outside and banging off the rev limiter. That's not classy, and if anything serves as an insult to such a lovely V4 engine.

Even guys revving their motors in the pits at the track look like dbags. It's on the same level as going into a locker room at the gym, whipping out your penis, and yelling "LOOK AT MY COCK, JUST LOOK AT IT"

And that's simply a matter of opinion. The owners level of class is completely beside the point. The way this thread reads to me is that an individual went to a well-known motorcycle gathering place, on a Sunday, on the day of a motorcycle event expecting to enjoy their breakfast "peacefully" and instead were disrupted by the sound of a guy that enjoys his expensive motorcycle too much. Am I getting all this? :|

To me this is no different than someone going into a bar with a live band bitching about the music ruining their drinking experience. Um, if you don't want to hear the music, find another bar to go to. :2cents

After reading this whole thread (yes, I read nearly all of it), I can safely say that I no longer have the case of the Mondays.
