Lesseee, admission of numerous violations on various forums, video evidence of full on asshattery on public roads, video evidence of fault for accident, posted admissions of exceeding the speed limit by 4x . . . .

Yep, vid-boy should bring a toothbrush to the hearing along with some soap on a rope. He's likely going to spend at least a few days in the clink. I don't even want to think about how much that fine is going to be (given how expensive even minor speed infractions here are - along with all the costs associated with them). Lawyer-up buttercup!
 
The charges will be determined by the DA, and as you can imagine since it's an on going investigation, I can't comment.
 
After reading the crashers posts on that other forum, I'm caught on that fence you get on some times when you're not sure to get angry, point fingers and laugh or just feel really sorry for him. His posts indicate that he's way beyond clueless about what he's doing.

it would be interesting to know what statement he gave to the officer regarding the circumstances of the collision....as well as what he told his insurance company....

I wish to take this moment to thank whoever-it-is-that-I-should-thank, for me starting out riding on underpowered, tiny, dirt two-strokes. I am pretty sure I would not be typing this, if I started riding on a modern 600 or liter bike. Thanks, oh so much.
