Sport-touring bike opinions?

Updates, Dan? :dunno
Still running with the same short list. I'm now working on the ST1100, getting maintenance current and detailing it. When it's sold and I have cash in hand, I'll start serious shopping.

If I decide on the RT, Cal BMW is my first choice, out of loyalty for the great service I got there when I had my '95 RS.

Because dealers are scarce here in SLO, they don't deal much on price. Any suggestions for Kawasaki and Yamaha dealers in the Bay Area?

Thanks for the tip on the Connie, rothmans. That's a helluva deal.

Hey, not everyone can handle such a glorious machine.
I love that POS. It rides nice when you got 1000 miles in front of you.
Or when mama needs two sacks of groceries.

Don't get me wrong, the Wing is great for it's intended purpose, long distance touring. Rented one for a week on the east coast last summer to go from DC to Atlanta, and it was great for myself and the wife. But, up around here, its to big. Yeah, it does handle much better than its size indicates (took it to the Dragon, scrapped the pegs all over that road).
