Figured this is a good spot to share a little about my journey back to riding. Goal is to be on a bike in 4 months and be fully back to uninjured old man status in a year.

The transport dudes said this is the place Hollywood types send their parents and it used to be a Hilton. Old school Fancy fore sure.

Once in bed they had lunch delivered within minutes. Actually to fancy for me but the Mrs is looking forward to the leftovers.

All my staff are popping by to introduce themselves and each will do a more detailed visit over the afternoon.
Figure I will be here for a week or so. Proper looking spot for a lucky karma kind of guy.
The actual PT is the one thing I am nervous about.
No pain meds for the road or any this AM so feeling the pain for sure. 7 of 10.
The food looks edible. So that's good.
Last time I was medically transported was on May 20,.2005 at 850 AM
