you can get em from the stealer...but the one here wanted $11 apiece for them and I needed 12, so I just went online and bougut a complete set from hot cams.

Would this be the same procedure for a 03 zx6rr? I am trying to do my valves, but don't have a manual. Do you have the specs? And what intravels do you do them at?

no its pretty different than the rr, besides the pulling the cams part. i don't have the specs, just download the manual.

Hi,
found your instructions v. useful and did my ZX-6R clearances recently job seemed to go smoothly and without any problems, all the exhaust valve clearances were tight. Trouble is that the engine is not running as smooth it was, and there is a definite increase in vibration levels esp at 5,000 rpm. Took everything apart again and checked timing marks and torques etc but the vibration problem persists. Ever come across this problem???
Any help appreciated
