2007 Suzuki GSX-R600

$4495. Open to offers (or recommendations) on price. I'm not too familiar with the Bay Area market and have started at this price based on year/mileage/condition in comparison with on other listings on this forum and Craigslist.

**12,440 miles**
Maintenance just performed. New battery. New-ish tires. Runs flawlessly. Needs nothing (except a new owner).

Clean title
Registration is current - tags good until July 2018 (will renew if not sold by June)

The bike has always been garaged and meticulously maintained while in my possession (about 9 of the 12k miles). Mileage on the bike is primarily from commuting and weekend riding. Never stunted.

Maintenance JUST completed:
• Oil and oil filter change (Mobile Racing 4T 10w-40 synthetic oil; K&N 138 performance filter)
• Front and rear brakes bled and refilled (Motul RBF600 performance brake fluid)
• Coolant bled and refilled (Peak Long Life)
• Chain cleaned and lubricated (Dupont Chain Degreaser; Dupont Teflon Chain Lube)
• Fuel injector cleaner (Mechanic in a Bottle)
• New battery (Mighty Max)

Bridgestone Battlax Hypersport S21 tires. Tires have 1.5k miles on them (gentle miles, LOTS of tread remaining)

• Two Brothers Shorty Exhaust (carbon fiber canister) with Powertip suppressor – setup is LOUD (borderline obnoxious), but the suppressor cuts out the high-pitch frequencies and keeps the nice low rumble at idle
• Exhaust butterfly valve disengaged for quicker/smoother acceleration at low RPMs (particularly in 1st and 2nd gears). Valve sensor was also disconnected so the check-engine light isn’t always on from thinking the valve is faulty
• Rizla light blue and yellow fairings and solo cowl
• Rear fender eliminated
• Shogun frame sliders
• Rear brake pedal with fold-in peg (so it doesn’t bend/break-off when nearing the lean limit)
• Adjustable shorty clutch lever, brake lever, and bar-ends in dark blue (to match the OEM tank)
• Tinted windshield

The Bad (all cosmetic damage is pictured and circled)
• Bike was lowsided on the right side. All damaged components were replaced except rash on the right-side engine/clutch cover, rash on the exhaust, scuffs on the black plastic panel near the brake lever, and scuff on the turn signal
• Bike was dropped from standstill on the left. Minor scuffing on the left-side engine cover
• The screw-hole to install a rear spool on the swingarm is broken (means the bike can be lifted with a standard rear stand, but not a spooled rear stand)
• Headlight has scratches

The Quirky
• The neutral light does not always turn on when the bike is in neutral; affected by the kickstand sensor/kickstand position. Moving the kickstand turns the light back on. (A permanent fix may be as simple as a spacer to limit the range of motion of the kickstand; I’ve not looked further since it’s fairly benign)
• The side fairings should join at the bottom with 1 large rivet and 2 small rivets. However, the holes in the aftermarket fairings aren’t aligned so I used the 1 large rivet and a ziptie instead (very secure, nothing moves/rattles). White duct tape to cover the ugliness of the ziptie

Included OEM parts:
• 2 keys; tool-kit; owner’s manual; full maintenance manual; safety/riding tips booklet
• Passenger seat - ready to mount (i.e. you can swap between the solo cowl and the passenger seat without having to disassemble/reassemble the mounting hardware)
• clutch lever, bar-ends, rear brake pedal (one bar-end and the brake pedal is damaged from the low-side)
• Rear brake pedal (peg is bent from the low-side)
• Right-side engine/clutch cover and gasket (bought to replace the current cover that has the rash from the low-side)
• Clutch lever

Included aftermarket parts/goodies/extras
• Motorcycle cover with heat-resistant panels
• Set of dark blue full-length levers
• Cargo net, cell phone holder, key blanks for spare keys
• Extra motor oil, brake fluid, chain lube, coolant, bolts and rivets

Asking price lowered to $4700. For those more familiar with the bay area market and can advise what a reasonable price the bike may go, thanks in advance!
