Camera bag for tail bag

Picked up this "holster" style dslr camera bag. I like the tapered shape and looks alot better than your typical tail bags imo. Lots of room inside for tools, lunch, water. Plenty to chose from on A'zon. This one was on sale for 10$

Thatís sweet, dude. I love repurposing stuff. Itís not that Iím trying to save money - because itís not about the money - I just hate WASTE. So if one has the ability to repurpose, I think itís cool.

I wanted tank panniers so I repurposed milsurp bags. They are secured with auto roof clips (I had in storage and was not going to use) sewed onto straps.

Next is a dirt bike fork bag I had in storage for like 15 years. Fits everything perfectly.

I also repurposed a range bag. This is secured on a strap that goes around a passenger seat strap. Itís good for small things like keys, face mask, etc.

And then lastly, I made my own tie down straps by reusing buckles from a destroyed Chrome Back Pack I once had. Before I tossed it, I cut off all the buckles and things know I may use them in the future. I also added these strap mounts I had in my garage and added them to my top-box with fender washers. This is added security for bags to strap on.

I donít hoard crap, but if something looks like it can be reused/repurposed in the future, I store it nicely and pack it away. Itís not about the money, itís about waste, and man, does this society waste a lot!
