Do You Road Bike?

New thread starting because the rain has come and made it muddy. I am happy to lead some road rides in the East Bay if anyone is interested in switching to skinny tires. I can also offer help in shopping for a road bike if anyone needs. And as always, free bike repair for everyone.

Last shop

Last shop was manager of California Pedaler in Danville. I miss being a wrench, and still have a decent set of tools, so I wrench for free. I worked in the bike industry for almost 20 years.

I'm trying not to take this winter off from road riding, so if anyone wants to ride in the Palo Alto area let me know. I usually do the Portola Valley/Woodside area. I finally had to bust out my cold weather riding gear last weekend.

Directions to Old Tunnel

Heading west thru the tunnel, take the first exit once you are out of the tunnel. Look for the right hand turn about 1/4 mi. down the road. Heading east thru the tunnel, take the last exit before the tunnel and I think you backtrack a block or so to the overpass. Turn left, once across the overpass, and look for the same right hand turn. Coming from Ashby. Go up the hill and turn left at the top stoplight before you get on 13 South. Go up the small rise and turn left on Old Tunnel
We're rollin' at 9

Here's a map. This sounds like it, I drew different colored lines coming from each of the directions Gregory specified.
