Please do! If it's decent stuff, I'd like to split it with you, Tom (or 1/3, or 1/4, whatever) otherwise, I think I'll go with

Likely, I checked www.7.62x54r.net and this caught my eye in the FAQ section:

"Q. Where can I find non-corrosive surplus 7.62x54r ammo?
A. You can't, it doesn't exist in spite of they way it is often advertised."

I'm willing to bet that all Czech silvertip is corrosive...

THese days though.... Not the sharpest idea!

So the big time lib owns a gun! BFD! Wes Clark has an arsenal, and ran for President as a Democrat!

Some people crack me up. Without knowing anything else about someone, they label them as the enemy because of a particular view. I don't know about you, but just because someone is pro-choice, that does not make them my best buddy. If they want to ban private ownership of firearms, they can kiss my ass.

Kneesparks favors the second ammendment, and he's a liberal. I support Israel's right to defend themselves, and I'm a liberal. Jeez, I also want to retain my right to arm myself in defense of dictatorial governments that I did not elect! What am I, CRAZY????

(don't answer that, I know the answer already.)

Sorry to diverge into hardcore Kitchen Sink politics mode. I don't actually own any firearms. If Bush wins re-election though, I'm definitely going to start developing an arsenal.

The problem is that the politicians you support, the democrats, are against gun ownership of any kind. They will not say it outright because they know there are many like you who want their right to own firearms. So, instead of an outright ban, they are incrementally reducing WHAT guns can be owned until we get to the point that a sling-shot will be illegal.

tru that Shot, im with you there, but to me, the bullshit were in today far outweighs that. yes the dems arent perfect by far, but neither are the republicans. i see the majority pushing towards the right, so i push left, because if either side gets too powerful, were all in a world of shit. (my 2 cents)
Try to look longer term. The laws that are passed today will be almost impossible to repeal tomorrow.

That is flat out wrong, it's bullshit, it is misinformation.

Like the example I used, Wesley Clark, a DEMOCRAT, owns plenty of weapons and could hardly be described as trying to repeal the second ammendment. There are many others with much longer Democratic credentials.

By the way, I am not a Democrat, I am independant (like Kneesparx).

Just because a few high profile Democrats make news for arguing for gun control does not make the party against private ownership. Kerry certainly isn't going to fight the NRA on any significant issue. Any reasonably intelligent person can figure out that making guns illegal does nothing to limit criminals' access to guns.

KneeSparx, sorry for pegging you as a lib. These days, it seems it's one or the other, and I'm not immune to falling for that polarized BS. I still consider myself a hard core liberal, even thouth I am pro-gun and pro-Israel. I believe in freedom and equality... two things conservatives seem to have forgotten of late.
