Hot Spot Cafe.
About 30 miles south of the Arctic Circle. The owner is a nice woman, quirky but nice. Met the 1st of 500,000 lesbian couples traveling in AK and Canada. For some reason there was an unusual amount of ladies who like ladies up there.

Arctic Circle. The weather was a balmy 65-70 degrees. I got chased away by a red carpet tour group.

I camped at the Coldfoot BLM campground.
This is one of the nicest public campgrounds I have ever used. It was me, an outfitter group and a nice older couple who were the attendants. I was worried about bears for the first time on my trip.
