Nice ride. Good pictures. 3 is really nice, past the Trinity Alps and lakes. I took it to Yreka once. 96 just goes and goes. I rode it from Yreka and stayed the night in Willow Creek, then took 299 to Eureka. Lots of nice riding up that way.

I found where your avtar is from...
It's on Hwy 299, East of Willow Creek, past the Burger/Donut Place and past the Rest Area on the South side....Over the little hill there and BOOM Waterboys Avtar.
I was going to take a pic just like yours but I forgot how your bike was positioned...maybe next year.

Would have been awesome to bump into you both...Would have been a great start to my Long journey. Yeah, That Jesus balloon was sick. I think it blessed all of Northern California over this 3 day weekend because I haven't heard anyone complaining of Dead people.

Funny thing, my Corbin Seat...I swear by it...not soar at all....ever! Was surprized DMCTriumph didn't give his a chance for his 10 dayer...but, he didn't feel comfortable and I understand (Different Folks and Strokes).

Well, this next weekend, off to Yosemite and try to do 120, 108, and 88.
