RENOVATING A BARN INTO A 501c3 SPAY NEUTER CLINIC

Need a carpenter ( or two ) with a great eye who can help our dog rescue turn one of our barns into a much needed Low cost spay neuter clinic for rescue dogs and cats.
Location has water, electrical and shell but will need a brilliant design layout ( working with vets to get the best design ) and then general construction to finish carpentry. ( we have electrician and painters ).
Looking for a motivated dedicated and talented carpenter with a great eye.
We also have living quarters provided for free during the project.
This is a LABOR only job. We want your input and vision , but mostly just need good and efficient labor. You would only be responsible for the carpentry and building, making up a material list, etc.
$25 an hour , job is in Davis, 5 days a week until completed , weekends off and close to lake berryessa for day end ride and swim breaks!
