Black ('Anthracite') 2007 KTM 990 Adventure

60k miles (yes, only 60k)

Asking $3750 obo

Clean title, 2nd owner - Starts right away and runs great, but you be the judge.

One road crash, self-induced low-side resulting in front-wheel replacement and some rash on the left side (see pics). A few minor trail-dumps with no damage

Synthetic oil only, usually Mobile 1 or Castrol V-Twin

Performed all my own repairs, maintenance, valve adjustments, chain & sprocket changes.

This bike has been a ton of fun, but It's time to go. I'll be selling my '87 Paso soon too

That's probably how this is going to go, but it's a matter of space - my garage won't even fit a car, let alone 3 motos, exercise equipment, washer & dryer, and shelving to the ceiling. I've got off-site storage if needed, but it's easier when things go in order.

You need a bigger dirt bike, don't you? One that you don't have to trailer to the best trails? Still only $4500 obo

Bump for a solid brother; seen and ridden this OG adv beast in person. Has all the right mods. Nothing left to do but ride this!

Thanks for that!

To everyone else, the clock is ticking. The price is dropping for The BARf, then it's onto Craig's list.

PM, ride it and make an offer. Or just make an offer, at this point I'm pretty open to anything reasonable.

This is a lot of bike for a little money. If it goes on CL it won't last long there. 60k miles is probably scaring people off -- it shouldn't, for this price. That's 5 yrs of daily commuting. As long as consumable bits have been replaced, the mileage is just a number. This motor doesn't break a sweat cruising on the freeway.

Buy the bike. You'll love it. Tell the wife what a great deal you're getting on it. You really need this bike.
