C & R FFL . . . Anyone applied and / or received one?

What does it allow you to do that otherwise you could not?

Certificate of eligibility. You get it from the CA DOJ. It's good for a year. A C&R + CoE gets you ammo to your door and a few other minor perks.

If you do a lot of shooting/training, TargetSportsUSA's "prime" membership is worth it.

Very few places will ship to FFL03s in CA. TargetSportsUSA is one of them, but most places are raided for all ammo. You'll need to get an account there and upload the necessary documents.

Cool. Just didn't want to think that TargetSportsUSA customers were being raided. CoE & FFL03 holder here.
