Hey guys,
New to the barf community and the city of san francisco. Planning to convert my '16 KTM 690 Enduro R to SMC set up using the OEM SMC tubeless wheels. Anyone in the bay area with a converted 690 SMC setup? Would love to catch up! Cheers! |

Hey!
Great post! I’m new to the west coast. Reno, NV to be exact. I have raced motocross my whole life and now I think it’s time for something new. Thanks for answering almost all of my questions. Is there a full list of super moto tracks by state somewhere out on the web? Thanks |

Hi
Pretty much a newbie here and am currently about 6 months on a wr250x. I am looking to upgrade to a bigger bike. Was seriously considering the Husqvarna 701 sm or KTM690 sm. Both seem kind of big and heavy though. Now I am looking at converting a Honda 450l, which is about 30 pounds lighter. The Honda has no ABS or rider aids. For now I want a bike for city commuting and hitting the back roads, etc. I know the Honda requires oil change every 600 miles and I think I am good with that. Given they about the same price (including the sm set up for the Honda), anyone have a strong opinion either way? Do I need/want ABS? Is having ABS better than having a lighter bike? Thanks! |

I'd recommend the KTMs as the engine is proven to be reliable, but that's just me.
